Frequently asked questions about RocketKey API key plans

Updated 21 Oct 2026

What does the $/day cap mean?

Each day you can spend up to your plan's USD amount on model costs, at the prices on the Models page. The cap resets at 00:00 (GMT+7); unused cap does not roll over.

How many keys can I create?

Each plan allows a maximum number of keys (see Pricing). All keys of an account share one daily cap, so more keys do not mean more cap. Use one key per machine or tool so you can revoke it easily.

How do renewals work?

Renew the same plan in Dashboard → Billing: the new period starts when the current one ends and your keys stay the same. You can hold at most 90 days in total after renewing.

Can I get a refund?

100% back to your balance within 72 hours of your first paid order if that period's total spend is under $1; a period that has not started is refunded 100% at any time. A running period is not refunded by the day, except for outages. See the Refund policy.

Why can the last request go slightly over the cap?

A request's cost is only known when it finishes. A request already running when the cap is reached still completes, so the day's total can end slightly above the cap. You are not charged extra for it.

Do Claude Code's Remote Control and voice dictation work?

No. Both need an Anthropic account and do not work through a gateway. Claude Code also supports Claude models only; use Codex, Cline or Cursor for other models.

Vietnamese input in Claude Code shows broken characters?

This is a terminal display issue with Vietnamese input methods, unrelated to RocketKey. Try the precomposed Unicode mode, another terminal (Windows Terminal, iTerm2), or type in an editor and paste.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer via VietQR. The plan activates automatically once the full amount arrives, usually within minutes. Keep the transfer note (the order code) unchanged so the payment is matched.

Does RocketKey store my prompts?

No. RocketKey only records the time, model, token counts, cost, key and a short error to enforce the cap, plus your IP address for abuse prevention. See the Privacy policy.
