Terms of service

By creating an account or buying a plan on RocketKey you agree to these terms. Seller information is on the Legal information page.

1. The service

RocketKey provides API keys on monthly plans for calling AI models through RocketKey's gateway. Each plan has a duration, a daily USD cap, a maximum number of keys and a requests-per-minute limit, published on Pricing. The model list may change with the providers.

RocketKey is not affiliated with and not sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Cursor.

2. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret. RocketKey never asks for them over Zalo, Telegram or email.
• One account per person. Disposable email addresses are not allowed.

3. Plans, caps and renewals

• The daily USD cap resets at 00:00 (GMT+7) and does not roll over. A request already running when the cap is reached still completes, so the day's total can end slightly above the cap.
• Renewing the same plan queues a new period after the current one; at most 90 days in total.
• Price or cap changes to a plan apply to new orders only.

4. Payment and refunds

Payment is by VietQR bank transfer. Unpaid orders expire after 15 minutes. Refunds follow the Refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• share, resell or publish your API keys;
• use the service in breach of Vietnamese law or a model provider's usage policy;
• deliberately exceed or bypass technical limits, attack or overload the system.

6. Suspension

RocketKey may block keys or suspend accounts that breach section 5. Repeated breaches can lead to permanent suspension without refund.

7. Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the Dashboard. After a 7-day grace period (sign in again to cancel), keys are deleted, plan periods are cancelled and the remaining balance and time are not refunded. Order and payment records are kept anonymized as accounting rules require.

8. Limitation of liability

The service depends on model providers. RocketKey compensates outages under the Refund policy; beyond that RocketKey is not liable for model-generated content or indirect damages.

9. Changes

When these terms change, RocketKey announces it on the website and in the Dashboard. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
